As a member of the order & support team you will handle customer support, refunds, order confirmation, order placement, and listing products.
You will be assigned a certain number of stores for which we need to handle all of these tasks’ multiple times per day. It will be your responsibility to make sure that everything on this document is performed for each store you’re assigned to multiple times per day.
With Amazon, it’s EXTREMELY important that we handle things quickly or the store can risk being shut down.
All customer communications must be answered within 24 hours and preferably within the first 1-8 hours of the customer communicating.
Also, we must make sure that orders are placed as quickly as possible with the vendors in order to ensure the fastest shipping time.
